This is the "first"
emergence beyond the Karmic Wheel, beyond beloved Humanity, into a wondrous & frightening gander at our True Nature. Our
hero awakens from the spell of matter and Dualism, into the ancient immediacy of the Great Universe of form and energy.
What you're seeing is a person being Gently Pulled outward from the undifferentiated, sometimes chaotic sleep
of Earthly existence, dying his "last" death, achieving (once again!) immortality through another change of form.
His three heads illustrate the shift from fear and revulsion of death to the confused, indeterminate state of
many of us in our, as yet, dim understanding of our own Divinity, to finally a state of awe and rapture as the soul catches
its "first" full-on glimpse of the Deep Universe.
That "undifferentiated, often chaotic" mass
behind our Traveler is actually part of an idea I'm working on to illustrate the global morphogenetic field of matter,
energy, consciousness, and Big Love (believe it or no) that interpenetrates the Earth as we know it. Akin to Jung's Collective
Unconscious, the Akashic Records, and Seth's Framework 2, this living Spherical Grid both protects humanity during its
incubation and guides the birth process for every soul ready to journey on, out into the Larger Universes, where all things
can and DO occur!
This piece is precious to me, as an artist and Soul Traveler. It is the first of many Songs
of Yearning outward, a little Prayer For Transcendence for each of us.

Yes, dear humans, those are all dots...

The above image, entitled "Landscape" (for some reason), was my first serious attempt
to build a piece using only stippling. I was in Port Arthur, Texas at the time, and was seized by the incredibly rich flora
there, especially in such a heavily industrialized town. Had to do it, had to do it...

What do you REALLY look like in the
morning?
I sometimes wonder what our transpersonal selves must look like, and this piece is a page from a living book...
But wait! The ink I used, initially, had seriously faded, so I'm currently renovating it with more color, and in
a few short months it'll be done and up for your chewing pleasure. Of course, prints will be available shortly thereafter...

Here's another fella that knocked on my inner window, and asked to be seen.
He's still going thru Customs, or I'd be able to tell you what he wants.
